Our moreish mix of Spiced Native Nuts will have hands reaching for more! Made from all Australian grown nuts and featuring two Native nuts, Macadamias & Sandalwood, our premium inhouse roasted mix is spiced with saltbush, pepperberry & bush tomato, enhancing the flavours even more.

nunka. Dehydrated Citrus – 70gm

An assorted blend of local citrus (oranges, lemons, limes & finger limes) that has been dehydrated for 48hrs, this is 100% natural fruit with no additives at all. The perfect addition to any cocktail or beverage & ideal for cake decorating, wow your guests with the aesthetic colour variances and enhanced flavour and scent.

Desert lime (Citrus glauca) is a small, hardy citrus fruit native to arid and semi-arid regions of inland Australia, particularly in South Australia, Queensland, and New South Wales. It’s one of the few wild citrus species that thrives in harsh, dry climates, making it incredibly drought-tolerant and resilient.

This wild bush food has been used by First Nations Australians for thousands of years, both as a fresh food and in traditional medicine.

Seven Seasons Green Ant Gin – 700ml

Green Ants are added to give this gin a citrusy pop. The addition of Boobialla brings coastal floral notes with a hint of sweetness; Strawberry Gum adds a touch of warm spice on the nose and Lemon Myrtle and Pepper Berry add depth to the base citrus profile.
