Strawberry Gum & Peppermint Gum are both endemic species to the region of Western Sydney, and our black tea is organically grown & caffeine-free.

Traditionally, these gum species were used to treat respiratory & digestive issues as bush medicine.

Best described as peppermint in the forest after rain, with a touch of sweetness from the Strawberry Gum, with notes of passionfruit & pineapple.
