Dindima Orange 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Wine – 750ml
Palate: This cool climate, single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has savoury notes when first opened but if you swirl your glass for a couple of minutes or decant it, it will open up to reveal red currant and cherry with delicious intensity.
The sweet red currant and cherry fruit flavours initially tantalize the palate, then other dimensions of this medium bodied red are revealed. Beautifully balanced French oak along with a tart cranberry/briar like edge on the finish. These characters are typical of this Cabernet and contribute to the enjoyment of this stylish wine.

This wine is a delicious accompaniment to lamb chops, spaghetti bolognese, Osso Bucco, hot or cold rare roast beef and tasty cheeses and cellars well for up to 8 years.

Dindima is an Aboriginal, Wiradjuri word (din dee-ma) that means ‘group of stars’. For the Orange Region, our dindima is the ‘Southern Cross and its Pointers’ that circles the night sky above Mt Canobolas.
