Tasting Notes:
Super clear and bright in the glass – a rose pink hue.
A generous mousse fills the glass and soon settles to moderate and consistent bubbles
The nose is pronounced as the drink is poured and suggests summer berry pudding with blueberry, blackberry, plums and ripe strawberries.
