A uniquely Australian twist on traditional dukkah, this blend features roasted Wattleseed for a rich, nutty depth, tart bursts of Davidson Plum, the floral tang of Rosella, and crunchy Macadamias. Perfect for sprinkling over desserts, yogurt or fresh fruit for a native flavour experience, and baking with on muffins, breads or slices. It makes the perfect garnish when plating restaurant quality desserts too!

A creamy white chocolate, delicately flavoured with Australia’s native Davidson Plum.
This unique chocolate is a delicate balance of smooth white chocolate and the lively pleasures of the Australian Bush, with the Davidson Plum giving a slight tang, breaking through the sweetness of chocolate.
