Kunzea – 10gm
Kunzea, particularly Kunzea ambigua, is not widely used as a food — at least not traditionally or commercially — but it has emerging culinary interest due to its aromatic, herbaceous, and slightly spicy flavour. Most of its popularity to date comes from essential oils and therapeutic use, but it’s beginning to be explored in native Australian cuisine, especially in herb blends and infused products.
