Lemon Aspen (Ground) – 20gm

Lemon aspen (Acronychia acidula) is a native Australian rainforest fruit found primarily in the tropical and subtropical forests of Queensland, particularly in the Atherton Tablelands. It’s a small, pale yellow-green fruit that grows on a medium-sized tree and is known for its intensely tangy, lemony flavour and high citric acid content.

Sometimes referred to as “rainforest lemon”, it has been used for generations by Indigenous Australians for both culinary and medicinal purposes.
