Desert lime (Citrus glauca) is a small, hardy citrus fruit native to arid and semi-arid regions of inland Australia, particularly in South Australia, Queensland, and New South Wales. It’s one of the few wild citrus species that thrives in harsh, dry climates, making it incredibly drought-tolerant and resilient.

This wild bush food has been used by First Nations Australians for thousands of years, both as a fresh food and in traditional medicine.
